About the Project
This G+4 structure, was proposed, adjacent to an existing building. PDEC system is used to cool all the waiting and the common areas. (50% of each floor). In order to achieve faster construction along with minimum disturbance to functioning hospital, a PRECAST technology was used. The client required, minimum work force on the site to ensure the hospital to run even during the course of con-struction. Being an Eye hospital, the amount of dust levels allowed was also extremely low.
