For over fifty years, we have followed a simple equation: truth, beauty, freedom, and the quiet clarity of morning light. They are the forces that shape every threshold, every proportion, every space we bring into being.

We hold that the journey of design matters more than the object it produces — that a building is not just structure, it is a spiritual inquiry. A search for something that exists beyond the physical, beyond the measurable, beyond the brief. Design, for us, is the tool through which we try to understand the deeper algorithm of aesthetics and bring to light the invisible logic.

Fifty years and a thousand projects on

It all started on the drawing board of R. S. Advani in 1974. Today the firm has successfully completed over a thousand private residences, industrial complexes, commercial complexes, and interiors for a number of private and public-sector banks, corporate offices and residential complexes.

It is now led by second-generation architects Mr. Srinath Advani and Mrs. Deepa Advani.

1985

Advani & Associates completes several residential & commercial projects in central Bengaluru.

1996

Advani & Associates completes the printing press project for Times of India, Bengaluru.

2002

Mr. Srinath Advani & Mrs. Deepa Advani join the firm and bring in their unique expertise.

2004

Cheese & Pineapple — an innovative residential project recognised by multiple magazines & newspapers.

2008

R. S. Advani receives the Lifetime Achievement Award for outstanding performance in the field of Architecture by the Practising Architects Association.

2010

Tandem Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is formed to handle interior works, led by Mrs. Deepa Advani.

2012

Tandem Construction Pvt. Ltd. is formed to handle construction activity, led by Mr. Srinath Advani.

2014

Advani & Associates completes six low-cost hospital projects for LVPEI.

2015

Featured in the book 50 Amazing Homes in India (Volume 1) by Buildofy.

2024

Advani & Associates celebrates 50 years of practice.
