Advani & Associates is an architectural practice registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with its studio at No.403, Queen’s Corner, Queen’s Road, Bengaluru 560052. For the purposes of data protection law we are the data controller for information collected through this website.
Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your data, can be sent to info@advaniandassociates.com and will be answered by a partner.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, telephone number, project type and message you provide. If you apply for a role we also hold the portfolio and CV you send us. We do not ask for financial information through this site.
The site records basic, aggregated analytics — pages viewed, approximate region, device type — to understand which work people are looking for. This data is not used to identify individuals.
Why we hold it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of the conversation in our client relationship management system. Career applications are held so we can consider you for current and future openings.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing. We will only send you email you have specifically asked for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that become projects are retained for the life of the project and for the statutory period afterwards, as professional records. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after twenty-four months.
Career applications are held for twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer or to remove them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within thirty days and will not charge for a reasonable request.
Write to info@advaniandassociates.com with the subject line "Data request". If you are unsatisfied with our response you may escalate to the relevant supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be notified by email.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
