Concept
There is a persistent assumption in residential design that luxury requires scale — that a home must be large to be generous, expansive to be aspirational. Aiikya Village is designed to question that entirely. Here, the intention was to optimise every corner and deliver a home that feels complete without requiring more space than it needs.
Project Details
Spread across a total built-up area of 405,980 sq. ft., each sky home is designed around the rhythms of a modern family — flexible interiors and an abundance of natural light that makes every room feel larger than its dimensions. Private gardens accompany each unit, bringing the outdoors in at a height where greenery is rarely expected and always welcome.
Hydroponic and organic farming integrated into the balconies and terraces means that residents don't simply overlook nature — they tend to it, harvest from it, and live alongside it as an active part of daily life.
