The Context
The housing project is intended for the primary use of students enrolled at the GMR School of Aviation in the same area. It shall also cater to young working professionals in the vicinity. The aim is to create a technologically advanced and forward-thinking living space, setting a new standard for GMR's future projects.
Project Details
Spanning approximately 2 Lakh square feet of total built-up area and includes parking space equivalent to 22% of the total built-up area. The development will be executed in two phases, contingent on market demand. Phase 1 will cover the construction of all common areas and essential facilities, along with a limited number of rooms. Phase 2 is anticipated to commence within two years after the completion of Phase 1 and will involve the development of the remaining rooms.
The project is envisioned to be a Gold-certified green building at the least.
